Shelby Lee Molter

1932 - 2008

 

Shelby brought the message to Springfield that funds were available to open a technical college. Working with Dick Brinkman, the application was made and approved, and Clark State had its beginning. Shelby spent 31 years with IBM in sales and education. His legacy is one of devotion to family, friends, education and music.
